Welcome! I am grateful you found your way here. At Suzi Brown’s Newborn Photography Studio , I help you celebrate one of the. biggest events in your life: your brand new baby. And honestly, I can’t think of a better way to spend my day! I specialize in newborn photography. I capture those very first moments in your baby’s life that make your heart skip a beat!
Let’s face it, a photographer today must provide you with more service than you can provide yourself. As a DONA International trained doula, I am specially prepared for newborn Imagery. My experience in a local hospital in the mother/baby unit, educated me to best photograph your precious bundle, safely and lovingly. I am baby led and mommy gentle.

For me, photography is a passion and an art. I curate your photos with an arsenal of techniques and a beautiful studio to provide the images you are looking for. My style is natural and classic white savoring those connections and sweet little details found only during the newborn period.
my newborn sessions
My newborn session is for babies 5 days to 4 weeks. They are composed of natural newborn posing in classic neutral color palettes. We can include nursing, cuddling, laughing and loving. Your new little one will see how he fits in his family. His/her photos will be a reminder of the joy his life brings. I also offer several creative props (baskets, buckets, bowls etc) to add a little fun.
I strive to celebrate the happiness your new baby brings into your home. For me, this means timeless, lifestyle images. My studio is comfy cozy with pillows, blankets, and flokatis. There is time for relaxing, cuddling, and laughing.
The Mini Prop Session-$245+ tax
This mini sessions is just for baby who is swaddled and placed gently in a prop. It offers a 1.5-2 hour session, baby wraps, styling, 4 dreamy props (baskets, bowls, beds etc.), professional editing, and your choice of 10 images.
Just Baby Session- $395+ tax
Classic posed images of baby, detail shots and 3 prop setups. Parents are invited to include their hands in a few baby images. You will receive a 2+ hour session, baby wraps, styling, and professional editing and your choice of 20 high resolution digital images.
Baby and Parents Session-$495+ tax
All the “Just Baby” Images and then some. We add Mom and Dad with their new little one. in an intimate lifestyle session along baby detail, traditional posed and prop setups. You will receive a 2.5+ hour session, baby wraps, styling, and professional editing, and your choice of 25 high resolution digital images.
Premier Baby and Family Session -$595+ tax
This all encompassing session includes parents and siblings in natural lifestyle images, baby detail images, classic baby poses and a 3 prop setups. You will receive a 3+ hour session, baby wraps, styling, and professional editing, and your choice of 30 high resolution digital images

Hi! I’m Suzi Brown I have the most amazing wonderful husband, Kevin. Our kooky crazy family has 8 kids (including their loves) and 4 grands. I am a lover of adventure and people. My dream would be to travel the world collecting friends and stories. Everyone has a story and I love learning about them. When is the best time to reserve my newborn session? I consult with moms and dads to design their newborn sessions. I want the images to coordinate with nurseries, home styles, preferences, etcs. Since I encourage your input, these designs can take time to solidify. Also, with the unknown timing of delivery, most newborn photographers only reserve a given number of newborn sessions a month-allowing for more flexibility on the calendar. For this reason, it is best to make your reservation during the third trimester of pregnancy. It is not unusual to have to postpone a session if the parents did not make a reservation early. While these later sessions are beautiful, your baby may not do well with classic curly newborn poses.
How do I make a newborn reservation when I don’t know when I will deliver? Due to the unknown timing of a delivery, most newborn photographers must limit the number of newborn sessions they reserve each month. It is best to notify me with your due date well before delivery, and I will dedicate a two week period as your possible shoot date. I make sure to be available and flexible during that time period just for you. Since I find that newborns are best photographed between day 5-21, once notified, I will schedule a day convenient to you and your baby’s ever changing routine.ck
Can I include siblings? Sure! I love having family included in the keepsake images. Baby will love seeing these as he/she grows.. I provide 2 packages specifically to include family members.
Do I get my session deposit back if I need to cancel? The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable. It reserves my time for two weeks surrounding your delivery date, helps obtain specific design features and prepares for your newborn session. However, this $50 applies to the overall cost of your session.
How do I send my deposit: You can easily send your deposit by venmo to Susan-Brown-86 or Zelle to 2252058585. We cannot begin designing your photo shoot until the deposit is made.
Can I reschedule if needed? Please take care and stay home if you or baby is sick. We simply ask you to provide 24 hour notification. We can reschedule when everyone feels better.
How will I receive my digital images? I will send your baby’s gallery via email link so you can view them conveniently at home. Once you pick your favorites, I will send a Zip drive with the high resolution digitals for your use.
Should baby be asleep or awake during the shoot? Does my baby need to be a certain age for a newborn shoot? Either asleep or awake is fine. However, certain poses require a sleeping baby for safety purposes. Additionally, certain newborn poses require swaddling which is best for babies under 3 weeks. That being said, beautiful pictures are always possible because your baby is beautiful!

My newborn room is carefully sanitized for your precious little bundle. I have created a “wall of lights” with beautiful soft lighting to capture your baby’s first images. And with my certificate in graphic design, I can help prepare announcements, albums and other keepsakes.
